This User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) constitutes a public offer and governs the relationship between the Provider (below) and the user of the Arcanika service (hereinafter the “Service”). Use of the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
Provider: the Provider’s full registration details are provided at the end of this document.
1. Nature of the services
Arcanika provides informational and entertainment services. The Service prepares interpretation texts for randomly drawn Tarot cards based on automated processing of the question entered by the user and the combination of card positions in the reading. These texts do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.
The Service does not guarantee the occurrence of any events and does not predict the future. The user makes all decisions about their own life independently.
2. Age of the user
The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age.
3. Paid functionality and payment
Part of the Service’s functionality (premium readings, additional chat messages after a reading, etc.) is provided on a paid basis. Under this Agreement, the Provider grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the extended functionality of the Service, the scope of which is measured in the Service’s internal conventional units — “stars” (⭐). Stars are not money, an electronic means of payment, a security, or digital currency within the meaning of applicable law; they hold value exclusively within the Service and are not subject to exchange for money or other valuables, except in cases expressly provided for by this Agreement (see clause 4).
The license is granted in packages whose size (number of stars) and the fee for granting them are specified on the pricing page.
Currency of settlements — US dollar (USD). The cost of each package is specified on the pricing page in US dollars and includes all applicable taxes.
Payment methods: international bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other methods supported by the payment provider. Payment is made on the payment provider’s side; the Service neither receives nor stores the user’s bank card data.
Moment the license is granted: the license is deemed granted in full at the moment the purchased stars are credited to the User’s balance. Crediting is performed automatically after the Service receives payment confirmation from the payment provider (typically within a few minutes). From that moment, the User is entitled to use the extended functionality within the limit of the credited amount of stars.
4. Refund of funds
Since the license to use the extended functionality of the Service is granted in full immediately after payment and relates to intangible rights to which access is provided remotely, the statutory consumer-protection rules on the distance sale of goods do not apply to it. The refund of the fee is governed by the terms of this Agreement.
- No refund of the fee is made for the already used amount of stars (those used in obtaining the extended functionality).
- For the unused balance of stars, upon the User’s request via the support page within 14 calendar days of payment, the Provider may at its discretion refund the User the corresponding portion of the fee. The refund, if made, is issued to the same payment card from which the payment was made, within 10 business days.
- In the event of a technical failure on the Service’s side (stars were debited but the extended functionality was not actually provided), the stars are restored to the balance upon a request to support within 24 hours.
5. Prohibited actions
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the servers
- Transferring the account to third parties
- Automated data collection (scraping)
6. Termination of access
The Provider has the right to terminate access to the Service without explanation in the event of a breach of this Agreement. If access is terminated at the Provider’s initiative (not related to a breach of the Agreement by the User), the portion of the fee corresponding to the unused balance of stars on the User’s balance is refunded to the User in full.
